Work on your moves at some wild Wyoming ski camps

JACKSON, Wyoming – Big, tough mountains are known for exacting a toll. So I'm lucky, I guess, that all I lost was a pair of $80 Bolle ski goggles during my visit to Jackson Hole last January. It could have been worse. On the other hand, with around 10 inches of light, new snow each morning, it hardly could have been better.

    The former ski racer wound up in Boulder, Colo., working for the Colorado Department of Transportation for six years before getting his dream life a little less than two years ago – a job as Pitkin County engineer, a place to call home in Snowmass Village and as many days on the slopes as he could handle.
